Stone elements on the Fourth Katyń Cemetery at Bykivnia have been made of Kuru Grey granite.  The altar wall composed of 10 blocks with a height of 4.5 m and the base of 1.2 m ×0.4 m, on which over 160,000 letters have been sandblasted. The granite plates on pylons have the emblem of the Republic of Poland, Polish military eagle and virtuti militari cross.
