ANOTHER PROJECT
We are pleased to announce that our company won the tender for the renovation and adaptation of the building in Hrubieszów, as part of the project “Hrubieszów Heritage Center as a chance for socio-economic recovery in the area of revitalization”. It is a building of the former Agricultural Syndicate from 1920, entered into the list of monuments.
The scope of works includes a comprehensive renovation of the facility: replacement of window and door woodwork as well as floors. Both the facade and the interior will have all characteristic architectural details restored. Everything will also be protected against moisture. Water and sewer, ventilation, sanitary, central heating and tele-informatic installations will be executed from scratch.

We will also install a new lift shaft adapted for the disabled. Moreover, we will replace the roof covering and develop the area around the building – the surroundings of the building will gain a new surface access road with alleys and lighting.
The completion of works is scheduled for autumn 2020.
