Built in Neo-Romanesque style, Izrael Poznański Factory in Łódź is one of the finest and most valuable industrial monuments in this city. As a result of being neglected for many years, the technical condition of urban and architectural factory complex has significantly deteriorated. Required maintenance works have been carried out, among others on the facade of building No. 7 in the Manufaktura.
The scope of works included the maintenance and reconstruction of architectural details, reinforcement, bracing and repair of the arcade wall. Renovation allowed keeping unique charm and the atmosphere of the past of this beautiful place.
