STRONG BEGINNING OF THE SEASON
We do not slow down the pace. We add three more items to the list of projects we are executing, which we will have the pleasure to carry out in our country.
“Gryf” villa in Konstancin-Jeziorna was established as a residential building, later it served as a guest house. Currently, it is being used for public utility purposes and is to serve as a socio-cultural center. Due to the new role of the building, it requires renovation and thorough reconstruction. We will carry out the works comprehensively: from the foundations up to the roof. They will include strengthening the construction of ceilings over cellars, renovation and reconstruction of the roof with attic, dismantling and construction of new balconies, extension of passages. In order for the building to be able to fit the library branch, the resident club and the community club room, a new layout of partition walls and a dismantling of the old wooden staircase and the construction of a new one, together with the lift shaft are needed.
The next two projects will be carried out in Szydłów, which undoubtedly is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Poland, include:
The complex of ruins of the Holy Ghost church and hospital, which is one of many monuments from the medieval period. The building, as a permanent ruin object, requires protection and conservation works.

Architectural details of the church are the most valuable part of it – cornices, entrance portals, window frames and two recesses with bowls for holy water will be subject to conservation works. The works will also cover roofing of the part of the object, securing window and door openings together with general cleanup and construction works.
The building of the former Synagogue, functioning as a Community Cultural Center, will be reconstructed, and a new accompanying infrastructure will be built around it. Our task is to restore to the maximum extent historical, artistic and architectural values, based on the research conducted and reconstruction of the original design of selected elements of the Prayer Room equipment. The scope of works will also cover the development of the area around the building, including green and pavement lanes, as well as renovation and protection of defensive walls.
