WE ARE CARRYING OUT WORKS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WARSAW
Since November last year, we have been the general contractor of the works related to the reconstruction of the didactic building of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, which is located at44/50 Długa Street in Warsaw. The facility is spatially and functionally connected with the new part of the University of Warsaw (connection from the backyard at the basement level) and the building obtained from the IRiT, which is also currently being adapted (connection at the basement, 1st and 2nd floor levels).
The scope of work includes demolition and finishing works, among others replacement of window joinery and roof covering with an insulation layer and roof windows, comprehensive execution of installations, plastering, floor replacement, restoration and supplementation of railings as well as renovation of terrazzo. The interior of the building will be rebuilt, but the didactic function of the rooms will be preserved. It is also important to unblock communication routes, including staircases.

Technical rooms, warehouses and archives will be located on the underground level. A new lecture hall for 50 people will be built on the ground floor, on the level above, lecture halls will be joined into one of a higher standard, moreover, a new computer lab will be created.
All sanitary rooms will be renovated, in addition, we will replace the elevator along with the delivery of a new lift, which requires to be brought to the top floor. This is yet another stage of the tasks that we are pleased to carry out at the University of Warsaw. The planned completion date is the end of August 2018.
