The works completion is near

Despite the difficult time and with all safety measures taken, we are still working intensively on the completion of subsequent stages of construction and maintenance works in the palace and park complex in Kozłówka.

Now we have started the execution of a roof covering on the northern outbuilding, while in the southern outbuilding we have completed the work on the dormers on its roof.  In both outbuildings we have finished plastering works in the interiors and started flooring works, which have also included stables. We have also completed works regarding water and sewer, ventilation and electrical installations, which we have carried out in both outbuildings, stables and teatralnia building.
Currently, we are laying installations in the northern and southern boiler room, while in the northern outbuilding we have started boiler installation. We have also started works on land development, where we will lay granite surfaces.

The facility was built during the period of 1736-1742 by the governor of Chełmno, Michał Bieliński, and probably designed by an Italian architect, Józef Fontana II. On 16 May 2007, the palace and park complex was entered on the list of Historical Monuments. More information about the previous stages, the beginning and an unusual finding is here>>, here>> oraz here>>.

We put our heart in stone.
