We are still dynamically operating in the historic Gryf Villa in Konstancin-Jeziorna. We wrote about the beginnings of work earlier here >>. “Gryf” Villa was created as a residential building, later it served as a guest house. After completion of the works, the facility will perform socio-cultural functions, which will include the library branch, the resident club and the community club.

We have already completed some of the construction works including, among others: foundation reinforcement, foundation footings, lintels, ceilings along with the roof and a staircase. At the same time, we were carrying out vertical and horizontal insulation works of foundations, as well as works related to water and sewage installations.

Currently, we are conducting works connected with finishing of roofing and turret, attic and execution of flashings. The works inside the building are also carried out all the time, regarding among others the execution of the elevator shaft, plasters in basements and on the ground floor, as well as perlite plates insulation and floors. We are also preparing the facade for the next stage of works.
